9. This website: cookies and statistics

Cookies and website statistics. ABNA (UK) uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how people use this website: how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us, and which buttons they click, such as “Book now” or “Join”. Google Analytics only runs if you click “Accept analytics cookies”. It does not tell us who you are. Google processes this information for ABNA and may store it outside the UK. We keep these statistics for 14 months.

Essential cookies keep the website working, for example by remembering your cookie choice or the tickets in your basket. These are always on.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Tickets. Event tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, which processes your booking and payment under its own privacy policy.

Links to other websites. Our pages link to ABNA’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube accounts. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

10. Children and photographs

ABNA does not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Any activities for children need a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

We take photographs and videos at some events. Photographs of children are only taken or published with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you would like a photograph of you or your child removed from this website, email info@abnauk.org.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will tell members about significant changes by email and publish the updated version on this page.
